COMMITTEE INVOLVEMENT
The best way to increase your networking opportunities is to volunteer on one of the Federation’s committees or projects! Please review the list below and mark your interest. The committee chair will contact you!

 Ad Person of the Year/Thrive Under 35 Program – This Spring luncheon event annually honors an area advertising professional with the AAF Silver Medal award or a rising star with the Thrive Under 35 award.

 ADDY® Awards Event – Help out with the biggest function of the year! The AAF judging, competition and awards reception is held in February!

 Scholarship – Work with the Club’s past-president to select a deserving scholarship recipient honored at the Ad Person of the Year Program.

 Legislative – Be on the committee devoted to keeping Club members abreast of legislation impacting advertising professionals!

 Membership – Volunteer on the hands-down, best committee for Club networking!

 Programs – Help coordinate breakfast and luncheon programs featuring top-of-the-industry speakers and educational programming valuable to the membership.

 Communications/Publicity – Help spread Club news digitally and in print!

 Public Service – Be part of our community outreach!

 Fundraising Events – Help plan the NEW reverse raffle and Halloween Costume Party coming up in October, and other fundraising opportunities in the spring!

 Social Events – Get involved with new member events, themed events and networking sessions throughout the year.

 Hospitality and Reservations – Meet and greet new and longtime members alike at Club meetings and events

 Student Chapter Liaison – Help burgeoning advertising professionals and meet a great pool of potential interns from Stark County’s five area colleges and universities.
